These Terms are between You and AppTek only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application.
To the extent permitted by law, Apple shall have no warranty obligations with respect to the Application, and Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application or your use of it.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against You.
We may modify the Service, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
