These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Car Spot: Car Identifier. By purchasing a subscription, You agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
If offered a free trial, you may cancel at any time through your device's account settings (Apple Account or Google Play). To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends. If not cancelled, the subscription will automatically renew to a paid plan.
Please note: Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited if you purchase a premium subscription during the trial period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. To view your purchase history, please visit Apple Support.
Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To manage your subscriptions, visit Google Play Help.
If a renewal payment fails, Your platform (Apple or Google) may provide a grace period during which the subscription remains active while the payment issue is resolved. The length and availability of any grace period is determined by Your platform and is not controlled by Us. If payment is not resolved, Your subscription will be cancelled and access to premium features will be revoked.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current period but will retain access to premium features until the period expires.
All subscription management and billing are handled by the platform through which you purchased (Apple or Google). We cannot issue refunds directly.
EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital content or services purchased online. However, by initiating use of the subscription and accessing premium features, You acknowledge and expressly consent that the digital content is delivered immediately and that You waive Your right of withdrawal once the digital content has begun to be provided. If You have not accessed any premium features, You may exercise Your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting Us at legal@carspot.dev or through Your platform's refund process.
All other users: Except where required by applicable law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

We encourage You to contact Us at legal@carspot.dev before requesting a platform refund so that We can attempt to resolve any issues directly.
Subscription prices are displayed in the Application before purchase, in Your local currency where supported by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). All prices include applicable VAT, sales tax, or other taxes where required by law and where collected by the platform on Our behalf. Where the platform does not collect taxes, You are responsible for any taxes that apply in Your jurisdiction.
In some regions, Apple or Google may adjust the displayed price for currency conversion, regulatory changes, or platform-imposed fees. Such adjustments are determined by the platform and not by Us.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or terms in accordance with applicable laws. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via the Application or the email address associated with Your Account. If You do not accept the new pricing, You may cancel Your subscription before the change takes effect. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period. Your continued use of the subscription after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
A paid subscription ("Pro") unlocks premium features including, but not limited to: increased scan limits, additional functionality, and other features as described in the Application. The specific features included in the subscription may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription features.
Deleting your Account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your platform's account settings (Apple or Google) before deleting your Account to avoid continued billing.
